Irene Link Building A

In conjunction with Giflo and Abland, the first building in the Irene Link Precinct, Building A, was completed in April 2019 and initially tenanted by Barloworld Logistics as their head office. This stylish and modern development of approximately 5 700sqm received a 5-star rating awarded by the Green Building Council of South Africa.
Irene Link Building B

Following the development of the Building A, Building B is the second office premises constructed in the Irene precinct. Possessing its own unique visual identity that is complementary to the rest of the precinct, Building B is already fully occupied with multiple tenants.
Irene Link Building C

Building C, located on a highly visible corner site in the Irene Precinct featuring bold architectural lines, was completed in April 2023.
Irene Link Building D

The fourth commercial building in the Irene Link precinct, Building D, will become the new head office of Avbob. This 11 500 sqm development is currently under construction to be completed by the end of 2023. Building D will feature a strong architectural identity as well as a 4-star Green Star rating.
Irene View

Som Group, Giflo Development and MMQS Property have joined forces to develop a ± 4 500sqm office within the Irene View Office Park, adjacent to the current building in the park occupied by Dark Fibre Africa. Irene View is situated at the midpoint between Pretoria and Midrand, enjoys easy access to and from the N1 highway via both the Botha Avenue and John Vorster off-ramps.
