DHL Express Facility

Together with the Waterfall Investment Company, a new facility was developed for DHL Express which consists of approximately 6 000m² of office and 3 000m² of warehouse. SOM together with West Property, co-developed this
10 000 sqm warehouse, showroom and office facility for getWorth in Richmond Park, Cape Town. The facility was developed on time and within budget and GetWorth moved into the building at the end of 2021.
