Together with the Waterfall Investment Company, a new facility was developed for DHL Express which consists of approximately 6 000m² of office and 3 000m² of warehouse. This facility, completed mid-2023, is located on some of the most prominent industrial land in Johannesburg amidst big industry players such as Stryker, Hilti, ltaltile, Westcon, Servest and CTM.
